These terms apply to your use of the Pool Heaven website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this website is
This site describes the pool services Pool Heaven offers and helps you ask for a quote. It is not a contract for service. Any service is provided under an estimate or agreement we confirm with you in writing.
2. Estimates
We give estimates for each job. An estimate is not an offer until we confirm it with you. The price depends on your pool's size, equipment, location and condition, and we confirm it in writing before any work starts. If a written estimate and this website differ, the written estimate applies.
3. Photos and results
Photos on this site, including before-and-after photos, are examples of our work. Results vary with the pool's condition, water, equipment and weather.
4. What you send us
When you send us messages or photos, you confirm you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to prepare estimates and provide service. We will not publish photos of your pool or property without your permission.
5. Our content
The text, logo, design and photos on this site belong to Pool Heaven or are used with permission. Please don't copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt or break into it, or send us spam or false requests.
7. No warranty on website information
We work to keep the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. This does not change any written warranty we give for actual service work.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pool Heaven is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Service work is governed by the written agreement for that work.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Florida.
